Lost In Dirt 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I T S ' O U T ! ! ! ! ! !
G'evening , here i come back to fed up you with this large track It's even a storytrack too You might wonder what's the story then ...
Oh well, the story might be described like this:
Location: The Goldstrike Mine, Nevada, US.
The sun is about to leave the horizon for the next day. But within that time, an explorer has settled out to check the goldmines with his Blaster XL car for eventual priceless goodies. But all he discovers is a bunch of dynamite.. Miraculously he manages to egnite the fuse by accident, causing a major explosion to occur. Now our man is damaged, and needs to get out of this goldmine for necessary help. But he can't wait. It might all be over before the rescue get to reach him...
Sounds pretty strange, right ? But anyway this is your task, whether you choose to accept driving this
As you might noticed, this is a sequel of my first track ever uploaded to TMU-X, and my first awarded track on Why ? Because I wanted to make the biggest improvement by a sequel ever Original LID is just crap, but LID2 is actually based on it
This track has cost me a decade of building time. This is absolutely one of the tracks I've been working most on ! Not by how long time it took between first beta and release, but how much I've worked on this This intro is by far the longest I've made (and maybe the most boring too, except for the original LID )
LID2 was actually created as a racetrack before it was chosen to be a storytrack! (Ville is witness for that ). So remember, the story is customized for the track, not the track customized for the story ^^. (did you get the point after all? ) I can't believe the music fitted so well to the already-made intro sequence
The overall style of the track is a mixture of tech and speed, combined with a bunch of MT and an adventurous atmosphere
If you missed the intro, and don't want to waste precious time on restarting the map, you can watch the intro by jumping to left at the beginning The start might be kinda confusing as well, so i also added a slight guidance tip.
